By signing up and actively using the
Clicking4Ads.com program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
Clicking4Ads.com may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its affiliates. Affiliates will
be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an e-mail to their primary
contact e-mail address provided upon signing up with
Clicking4Ads.com. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate
this agreement. Your continued participation in the
Clicking4Ads.com program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on
our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.
Responsibility of Affiliates:
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program
is open to both US and International affiliates and is void where prohibited by
local governing laws.
You agree to and must use your own name and e-mail address in the sign-up process
and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different
e-mail addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that
has an existing
Clicking4Ads.com account.
You must maintain your email account that you used when signing up.You agree to receive e-mail advertising
from Clicking 4 ads.It is your responsibility to make certain that your email provider accepts all emails from this program.

We cannot accept responsibility for
any mail you may not receive because your provider decides not to deliver it to you!
Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity
deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by Clicking 4 Ads be detected it
will result in member termination, forfeiture of all earnings,and
possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a
confirmation -mail for purposes of receiving credit in your account
will be grounds for immediate termination .Those found to be accessing areas of site not approved for and linking to sites they are not approved for will be deleted and all
earnings forfeited.Any affiliates that are known hackers, cheaters or have committed any other illegal or fraudulent activities elsewhere have the right to be removed from our program without warning and their username and ID displayed/shared with other program owners as is appropriate.
Hidden IP's or computer ID's will result in deletion of your account.
Those clicking the "Searches" interest box that are not from the list
of approved countries found on that page will have their account
suspended.
Individuals not from counties listed below will seek and obtain PRIOR administration approval.
Members will check appropriate interests choices or will be deleted without warning and all earnings forfeited.

Advertisers may want to target their ads to certain areas of interest. To be able to give you as a member the ads that are of interest to you and to accommodate our advertisers we ask that you check the interest that apply to you.
Any persons checking the following interest boxes on the User Account
Info page will have their accounts immediately deleted without warning
and will not be re-instated!

If you check the "Searches" box as
an interest and are not from one of the search countries listed
, your account will be deleted.
Members will read terms and check the appropriate interest box indicating
they have done so or they will be suspended and warned ONE TIME and are
required to meet this requirement within 48 hours after being
re-instated or they will be deleted and all earnings forfeited.
Allowed Search Countries:
You may have searches checked as an interest only if you are from the following countries: Canada, United Kingdom, United States,Australia, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands Norway, New Zealand, Portugal, Sweden.Individuals found to be using features specified as for search countries only or choosing interests in member profile restricted to countries on this list will have their accounts deleted and all earnings forfeited.
Activity:
Affiliates are required to visit at least 1 (one) paid link during each 15 (fifteen)
day period to be considered active.Inactive accounts are subject to termination.Any members not active for more than 15 days will have their
accounts suspended unless otherwise designated by their paid upgrade level.In most cases inactive members may request their accounts be placed back to
active status.Accounts remaining inactive 30 days will be deleted and purged.We want active happy members not inactive deleted
members!There are additional requirements members must reach to receive advertising redemptions as specified in terms.
Relationship of the Parties:
You and
Clicking4Ads.com
are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership,
joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship
between you and
Clicking4Ads.com. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or
make any representations on behalf of
Clicking4Ads.com. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would
contradict anything in this section.Any member sending us gibberish or abuse will result in automatic
termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination.You are solely responsible for the reporting
and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.
Limitation of Liability:
Clicking4Ads.com
will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other
indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of
or related to this Agreement or
Clicking4Ads.com
program, even if
Clicking4Ads.com
has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore,
Clicking4Ads.com
aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of
the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of
this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.
Payments:

Affiliates may earn by advertising credits receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites
after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by
Clicking4Ads.com. Affiliates may earn advertising credits by referring new affiliates to the
Clicking4Ads.com
program. Affiliates will earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by
Clicking4Ads.com in the form of advertising credits.
Clicking4Ads.com
Affiliates may Reedeem Advertising credits when their balance reaches the rates set by
Clicking4Ads.com displayed on member redemption page.
All members will be required to log into there account and be active clicking 30 links per 30 day period(counters reset at end/beginning of each montht)to meet requirements for redeeming advertising credits unless is designated otherwise by the members paid upgrade level.Repeatedly attempting to redeem advertising credits without meeting this requirement will endanger member status and be cause for cancellation with all earnings forfeit.
Clicking 4 Ads designates Clicking Ca$h for advertising credits which are indicated as *CLAMS* & *SEASHELLS* throughout the website for all member activity.

Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING),
newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply
will result in immediate termination of your membership with
Clicking4Ads.com
and may result in legal prosecution.
Clicking4Ads.com
strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member
caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose
any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming
as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from
the Spamming incident.
Clicking4Ads.com
may charge up to $5 per spam e-mail sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for
immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from
the same computer also constitutes fraud.
Clicking4Ads.com
will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
